Ways to Feel Happy During the Pandemic

 

1. Staying social, even while distancing -by video calling etc.

2. Being neighborly and volunteering

3. Doing hobbies and exercising

4. Must-Read Stories/ Book

5. Watch movies / T.V -for a limited period of time.

6. Connected with family members as same cant be done in normal

    day to day schedule.
